If you are an Ιndividual - customer of Bank of Cyprus Greece and it is not possible for you to visit one of our branches, fill out the registration of interest form and Bank of Cyprus will send you all necessary documents in order to complete your registration to 1bank.

If you have already registered to 1bank and you acquire the re-issuing of your Passcode, select «I acquire the re-issuing of the 1bank Service Passcode.»

If you wish to apply for the On-line Trading Service or acquire the re-issuing of your On-line Trading security code, for monitoring and carrying out brokerage transactions through Internet, select the fields under Registration Term 3.

! In order to accelerate the registration procedure, all the above information you submit must be accurate and match those you have stated at the Bank. If there are changes in the details provided from those we have in our files, you will be informed on how to change them by the 1bank Service in Greece. In this case it is necessary to update your personal details, before we send you your registration pack for the 1bank Service.
Sending a registration pack
As soon as we receive your registration of interest form with your details, we will send to your address or to the branch you prefer, your registration pack, which contains:
- "Access Application (Individuals)" (3 copies),
- a sealed envelope containing the 1st access code User ID (printed on a specific laminated card),
- a sealed envelope containing your personal Passcode, which is common for all 1bank services (Internet, Phone & Mobile Banking) and an acknowledgement of its receipt.
- a Digipass GO3 Device and an acknowledgement of its receipt (if required).
Access Activation
Your access to the services remains inactive, for security reasons. For its activation, it is necessary to return all documents included, fully signed, to any Bank of Cyprus branch in Greece /abroad or to the following address:
DIRECT BANKING SERVICE, BANK OF CYPRUS LTD, Katehaki 9, PC 11525, Athens -GREECE
after having your signature verified:
- at a Citizen Service Centre (K.E.P.) or any police department, if you live in Greece,
- at a Greek Embassy or to a designated authority that can issue a Hague Apostille, if you live abroad.
ATTENTION: Your signature needs to be on every page of the documents, in order for them to be valid and get accepted.
