1bank access codes
The codes required for accessing the 1bank services (Internet, Phone & Mobile Banking) are the User ID and the Passcode:
User ID
The User ID is the first (1st) 1bank access code, which is automatically generated by the system during the access creation of a user and matches exclusively with the user.
It consists of 8 numerical digits and cannot be changed.
The User ID is being printed on a specific laminated card for keeping it.
In case you forget your User ID, contact your co-operating branch, or 1bank Service at (+30) 210 64.77.577 (working days, 08:00-22:00).
Passcode
The Passcode is the second (2nd) 1bank access code, which is given /posted to the user in a sealed envelope.
It consists of 6 numerical digits and can be changed at any time by the user, through 1bank Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.
If you forget your Passcode and in case of its loss or theft, visit any of our branches in order to receive a new one immediately and free of charge.
