Which is the most appropriate method to send my CV to the Bank of Cyprus? 

Candidates with no experience: Bank of Cyprus has created a standard Application Form, which bears basic information for the evaluation of candidates. The application is available through our website or any Bank of Cyprus branch. It is essential that you complete all the fields and then send the form to the stated address, or submit it at any Bank of Cyprus branch. In case you wish to send along any additional information not included in the application fields, you can also attach a CV. It is important for the Application Form to be duly completed and signed before it is sent out.

Experienced candidates: Experienced banking candidates are not required to complete the standard application form, as their CV will suffice.

Can I send my CV even if there are no active job ads?

Bank of Cyprus accepts CVs / applications throughout the year and for all locations and work positions, regardless of active job ads. Our aim is to maintain a broad database including CVs, from which we can directly shortlist candidates for participation in the selection procedure. Provided an active ad interests you and you have already sent a CV, it would be best to send it again (quoting the ad code), in order to be considered for the assessment of the specific opening.

How many times can I participate in the selection procedure?

• Participation in the aptitude tests: candidates with no previous experience and university graduates can participate twice in the procedure, while postgraduates can participate only once.
• Participation in the Assessment Centres and / Interview: Candidates, who have already taken part in an Assessment Centre and / Interview and have not been selected, must acquire 2 years of additional banking or relative experience in order to re enter the process.
• For experienced banking applicants the conditions vary based on their banking training, expertise and the evaluation standards of each procedure.

My residence is at an area where Bank of Cyprus has no current activities. Can I send an application form?

The Human Resources Department maintains a broad database so in the event of branch network expansion, there will be a number of applications for immediate participation in the selection procedure.  Therefore, applications from all over the country are welcome, while all candidates will get informed about the assessment of their CVs.
