2) Recipients of data: The departments and the subsidiaries of the Bank, "DIAS S.A" and "TIRESIAS S.A." always according to the applicable agreements between them and the Bank as well as the competent police, administrative, interrogatory and/or judicial authorities in those cases where the provision of the said data is imposed by the law.
3) Rights of Subjects: The data subject has the right of access to the above data, which refer to him personally, as well as the right of objection according to articles 12 and 13 of Law 2472/1997 respectively.
