Commissions burdening the investor

Subscription Commission
During the purchase of a mutual fund, the investor pays the subscription commission, as described in the application for subscription. The maximum amount of the subscription commission is defined by the mutual fund’s regulation.

Redemption Commission
During the redemption of a mutual fund, the investor pays the redemption commission, as described in the subscription form. The maximum amount of the redemption commission is defined by the mutual fund’s regulation.

Commissions burdening the mutual fund

Management Fee
The management company receives a monthly payment, based on the mutual fund’s monthly average net asset value. The maximum amount of the management fee is defined by the mutual fund’s regulation.

Custodian fee
The custodian entitles to charge a monthly custodian fee, calculated monthly based on the mutual fund’s average net asset value.

Α. Subscription Commission*
The subscription commission for all Kyprou Mutual Funds is zero.

Β. Redemption Commission*

 C. Advantages of switching

Kyprou Asset Management M.F.M.C. offers the advantage to redempt shares from all Kyprou Mutual Funds in order to transfer the capital in another mutual fund offered by Kyprou Asset Management M.F.M.C. without paying redemption commission, for four (4) times within one year from the initial subscription date.

In this case, the final redemption commission is based on the applicable commissions valid for the mutual fund of the initial subscription.
